We're currently looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our on-site team in Bahria Town Phase 7, Islamabad. This is a full-time opportunity with plenty of room to grow within the evolving world of e-commerce.

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative you'll be the first point of contact for our customers—assisting them with their orders, answering queries, and making sure they have a smooth and satisfying experience. You'll handle communications through live chat, email, and phone, always maintaining a helpful and professional tone.

Your daily tasks will include responding to customer inquiries in a timely and courteous manner, processing orders, tracking shipments, and managing return requests. You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and order details.

You'll engage with customers in real-time via live chat to resolve issues and provide account-related support.

Strong written and verbal English communication is essential, as you'll be assisting both local and international customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Prior customer service experience preferred (knowledge of e-commerce platforms like eBay is a plus)
  • Must bring your own laptop daily
  • Must be able to commute to or plan to relocate near Bahria Town Phase 7, Islamabad
