We are seeking a skilled and motivated 
Upwork Bidding Specialist
 to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant projects, crafting persuasive proposals, and securing new clients through Upwork and other freelancing platforms. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search for and identify suitable projects on Upwork and other freelance marketplaces.
  • Write personalized, professional, and high-converting proposals for potential clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to prepare accurate project estimates and proposals.
  • Follow up on bids and client conversations to close deals successfully.
  • Maintain and update daily bidding reports and track performance metrics.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for proposal submissions and conversions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder, Business Development Executive, or similar role.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Applications, and SaaS products.
  • Ability to identify client requirements and tailor proposals accordingly.
  • Familiarity with Upwork's algorithms and strategies for improving bid visibility and success rate.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM or lead management tools.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Jira, or Asana.
  • Prior experience working with international clients.

Working Hours:

  • On-site (Office):
     3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Remote (From Home):
     10:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Compensation:

  • Base salary with performance-based incentives or commissions.
