We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Developer with 3–6 months of proven experience in Upwork bidding and lead generation. If you have a knack for writing winning proposals, identifying potential clients, and driving leads for software and IT services, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write customized, client-focused proposals and cover letters on Upwork.

  • Manage and optimize Upwork Agency Profile to maximize visibility and conversions (a big plus).

  • Identify potential leads, qualify opportunities, and generate a steady pipeline of prospects.

  • Maintain effective communication with prospects and hand over warm leads to the senior sales team.

  • Track, manage, and report bidding activities, proposal success rates, and leads generated.

  • Collaborate with the senior business development team to refine strategies and hit monthly targets.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 months of experience with Upwork bidding and lead generation.

  • Strong understanding of freelancing platforms, especially Upwork.

  • Ability to research client requirements and craft tailored proposals.

  • Basic knowledge of IT services, software/web development, or digital solutions.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn business development strategies.
