We're looking for an experienced
Upwork Bidder Executive
with a strong background in the
IT and Software Engineering industry
. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end bidding, lead generation, client communication, and securing high-value projects. Candidate must be able to manage and grow Upwork local and US profiles (new and existing), maintaining excellent conversion and response rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant IT/software projects on Upwork.
- Write personalized, high-converting proposals and follow up with clients.
- Generate and convert qualified leads into long-term clients.
- Maintain professional client communication from inquiry to deal closure.
- Optimize and manage Upwork profiles (local and agency) to boost visibility and job success.
- Develop and execute strategies to secure
high-ticket clients
.
- Track and analyze performance to improve bidding and conversion results.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum
2+ years
of Upwork bidding experience in IT/software development.
- Strong understanding of web and app development stacks.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Proven record of winning
high-value projects
and managing multiple profiles.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with
LinkedIn B2B lead generation or client outreach
.
- Familiarity with Microsoft and JavaScript stack.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or Upwork analytics.
