We are looking for a confident, well-presented, and customer-focused Front Desk Officer / Receptionist to manage front office operations, greet clients, handle calls, and provide administrative support.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, messages, and inquiries efficiently.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and doctors.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure smooth flow at the reception area.
  • Coordinate with staff and management for daily branch operations.
  • Maintain office files, records, and documentation.
  • Handle payments and receipts when required.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting area.
  • Assist in daily administrative tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree (Intermediate acceptable with strong experience).
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (Clinic, Salon, or Corporate Office preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Polite, confident, and well-groomed personality
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer use
  • Ability to multitask and handle clients professionally

Timings & Salary:

  • Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Flexible for weekends if required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
