Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Location: Jail Road, Lahore
Department: Administration
Reports to: Admin Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will manage the front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Provide basic and accurate information to visitors or callers.
- Manage visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
- Coordinate with internal departments for scheduled appointments.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, etc.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence or courier dispatches.
- Maintain inventory of front office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Intermediate with relevant experience.
- Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
