About the Role:
We are seeking Lahore based experienced and qualified professionals in Hospitality, Catering, or Tourism
to join our panel as
External Assessors
on a contract basis. The selected individuals will act as
final assessors
, responsible for evaluating learners' knowledge, skills, and competencies in their respective fields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fair, consistent, and professional final assessments for Hospitality / Catering / Tourism programs.
- Evaluate practical and theoretical competencies in line with defined standards and criteria.
- Provide constructive feedback and maintain proper assessment records.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance processes and organizational guidelines.
- Travel within Lahore (and nearby areas if required) to carry out assessments at institutes, training centers, or workplaces.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or higher qualification in
Hospitality Management, Catering, Culinary Arts, or Tourism Management
(or related field). - Minimum
3–5 years of professional experience
in hospitality, catering, or tourism sector. - Prior experience in training, teaching, or assessment will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, observation, and evaluation skills.
- Must be based in Lahore or able to
commute easily
to assessment venues. - Contract Type:
Part-time / Contract basis (as per assessment schedule).
