About Us:

With over a decade of redefining Thematic Weddings, Hospitality & Culinary Experiences, We are now looking for a Project Executive to excel in the launch of an emerging food chain, including New Openings, Menu Improvisation, Renovations, and Operational Optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and execution of restaurant projects (openings, remodels, tech upgrades).
  • Track budgets, resources, and timelines.
  • Maintain documentation and progress reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Support initiatives to improve efficiency, service quality, and profitability.
  • Identify issues and help implement solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and technical standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in restaurant operations, project management, or F&B development.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and drive results.
  • Resilient, determined, and proactive personality.
