Job Description:

Junior Pre-Sales Consultant will have:

  • Support the Sales and Presales Team with customer-facing technical assistance.
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations and provide support at external and internal customer-facing events.
  • Build custom demonstrations and deliver Proof of Concepts (POC).

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Understanding of Cloud Computing fundamentals (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Basic knowledge of APIs and integration concepts (REST, SOAP, API lifecycle)
  • Familiarity with Web and Microservices Architecture (frontend-backend interaction, containers, Docker)
  • Awareness of System Integration concepts (middleware, messaging, event-driven architecture)
  • Basic understanding of Authentication and Authorization protocols (OAuth2, API Keys, SSL/TLS)
  • Knowledge of data formats (JSON, XML) and data flow between systems
  • Exposure to logging, monitoring, and basic observability tools (e.g., Cloud Logging, dashboards, alerts)
  • Proposal and Tender writing experience.
  • Excellent Communication, presentation and demonstration skills.
  • Good listening skills.
  • Ability to explain and present technical solutions.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
