Summary:

We are Looking for
Virtual Assistants
in
Night Shift
for
Office based
. The
Virtual Assistant
will be providing administrative support by helping manage client accounts, content scheduling, communication, and reporting. You will play a key role in streamlining operations, improving efficiency, and ensuring timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in scheduling and publishing content on social media platforms.
  • Manage email inboxes and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare reports from analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.)
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Proofread content and assist with formatting blog posts or newsletters.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva.
  • Comfortable using communication platforms like Slack and Zoom
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
