  • Installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
  • Monitor network performance and availability, identifying and resolving issues such as latency, packet loss, and downtime.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of new network solutions and improvements.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues for end-users and collaborate with the IT support team to resolve tickets efficiently.
  • Assist in the implementation and enforcement of network security policies and protocols.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of physical and virtual servers (Windows and/or Linux).
  • Perform routine server administration tasks, including user account management, permissions, and security settings.
  • Perform regular server backups and assist with disaster recovery planning and testing.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members on various projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in
    Computer Science
    or
    Information Technology.
