Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Islamabad for a Virtual Medical Assistant. The Virtual Medical Assistant will be responsible for front desk support, medical billing, provider credentialing, medical coding, denial management, and efficient handling of account receivables. Daily tasks will include interacting with patients, managing appointments, processing claims, performing clinical documentation, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.

Qualifications

  • Experience in front desk support and patient interaction
  • Medical billing and coding skills
  • Proficiency in provider credentialing and denial management
  • Account receivable management skills
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant certification
