Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Chat Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, a professional approach to customer handling, and a good typing speed to manage multiple chats efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide real-time chat support to customers.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.

Resolve customer issues, complaints, and questions accurately and efficiently.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Document all interactions and maintain up-to-date customer records.

Collaborate with other team members and departments to find appropriate solutions.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support/chat support role.

Excellent written English with strong grammar and communication skills.

Good typing speed (preferably 45+ WPM).

Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Tech-savvy and comfortable using various online tools and chat platforms.
