Ticket Agent

We are looking for a
Ticketing Agent
with strong expertise in airline reservation systems and customer handling. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with
GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
and be able to manage flight bookings, fare calculations, cancellations, and reissues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle
  airline reservations, ticket issuance, re-issuance, revalidation, and refunds
  .
• Provide
  fare quotations
  using GDS/airline portals and calculate fares according to airline policies.
• Manage
  PNR creation, modifications, queue handling, and flight seat confirmations
  .
• Respond to
  customer inquiries
  via phone, email, WhatsApp, and office walk-ins.
• Coordinate with airlines and consolidators for
  special fare requests, group bookings, and schedule changes
  .
• Ensure
  accuracy in ticketing processes
  and compliance with airline rules and company policies.
• Assist customers with
  visa requirements, travel insurance, and baggage policies
  .
• Maintain strong
  customer service standards
  and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Generate
  daily sales reports and maintain booking records
  .

Requirements

• Minimum
  1–3 years of experience
  as a Ticketing/Reservation Agent.
• Proficiency in
  Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo
  (Amadeus preferred).
• Strong knowledge of
  international routes, airlines, and fare types
  .
• Excellent
  communication and customer service skills
  .
