Falaknaz Group of Companies is Hiring – Training & Development Executive
Falaknaz Builders, a trusted name in the real estate and construction industry, is seeking a Training & Development Executive to join our HR team. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who is passionate about employee growth, organizational learning, and creating a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs through performance reviews and feedback.
- Design, coordinate, and deliver training programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions.
- Develop engaging training materials and e-learning content.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure impact and relevance.
- Support career development and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain training calendars, reports, and compliance records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in Training & Development or HR.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage employees and drive performance improvement.
- Familiarity with modern learning methods, tools, and HR practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50, Rs70,000.00 per month
