Job Type: On-site, Full-Time

Timings: 5pm - 2am

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead software development projects from initiation to delivery in a dynamic, fast-paced software house environment. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, budgets, client expectations, and ensuring successful project outcomes. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and solid experience in Agile and/or other software development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end software development lifecycle, including planning, execution, delivery, and post-launch support.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish realistic timelines and budgets.
  • Work closely with development, design, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) and promote Agile best practices.
  • Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints.
  • Communicate project progress, blockers, and updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting notes.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables by overseeing testing, quality assurance, and code reviews.
  • Continuously improve project processes and team collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing technical projects, ideally in a software house, IT services, or product company.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall).
  • Ability to read and understand code or system architecture is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Confluence, Git, Slack, etc.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong client-facing and team collaboration abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
