We are seeking motivated and well-connected individuals Female to join us as Promoters for our Ladies Stitching Unit. This is a commission-based role, ideal for those passionate about women's fashion, tailoring, and empowering local businesses. As a promoter, you will be responsible for hiring tailors and bringing in new customers who require ladies stitching services. You will earn a commission on each successful order you bring in.
Fresh graduates with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply. Those are confident, hardworking and want to join a business without investment.
Responsibilities:
Promote and advertise the stitching unit services to potential customers.
Build relationships with boutiques, ladies tailors, and retail stores.
Act as a point of contact between customers and the stitching unit.
Collect customer requirements and ensure accurate order placement.
Follow up with customers for satisfaction and repeat business.
Maintain records of leads, conversions, and commissions.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong local network, especially among women's groups, boutiques, and fashion circles.
Basic understanding of tailoring and ladies' fashion is a plus.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and trustworthy.
Smartphone with internet access for communication and order tracking.
Compensation:
100% Commission-Based – High earning potential based on the volume of confirmed stitching orders.
