Customer Success Partner

Job Summary:
The Customer Success Partner helps clients get the most value from our sales services and ensures a smooth experience from purchase to post-sale support. The goal is to build strong relationships, retain clients, and support repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients after the sale.
- Understand client goals and help them use our services effectively.
- Provide regular follow-ups and updates to ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to deliver client needs.
- Handle client queries, resolve issues, and ensure timely responses.
- Track client performance and share insights for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
- Knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
