Role Overview

We are seeking a Manager – Partnerships to identify, negotiate, and manage B2B partnerships with businesses such as restaurants, medical labs, retail outlets, and service providers. The ideal candidate will be skilled in relationship management, business development, and strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential business partners to create win–win collaborations.

Negotiate partnership terms, agreements, and pricing models.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partner businesses.

Work closely with marketing and operations teams to launch and activate partnerships.

Monitor partnership performance and ensure agreed deliverables are met.

Explore cross-promotional and co-branding opportunities to drive growth.

Prepare and present partnership performance reports to management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).

3+ years of experience in B2B partnerships, business development, or corporate sales.

Strong negotiation, networking, and communication skills.

Proven track record of forming and managing successful partnerships.

Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Knowledge of the mobility, delivery, or service industry will be an advantage.
