Why This Role ExistsWe're building the next-generation platform where creators, businesses, and communities come together. To accelerate growth, we're looking for a Creator Partnerships Manager who can recruit, onboard, and activate influencers and content creators across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Twitch.

What You'll Do- Build and manage a pipeline of influencers & creators across multiple platforms.
- Pitch, negotiate, and close partnership deals that bring creators onto our platform.
- Guide creators through onboarding → activation → first campaign launch.
- Develop incentive programs, referral schemes, and growth challenges for creators.
- Track performance and optimize campaigns based on data.
- Work closely with the Content/Creative team to deliver assets for creators.
- Signing and activating new creators every month.
- Building long-term creator relationships that drive adoption.
- Designing repeatable playbooks for outreach, onboarding, and retention.
- Hitting measurable KPIs tied to creators onboarded, active campaigns, and ROI.
- 3+ years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or talent management.
- A proven record of closing creator deals and hitting growth targets.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills — comfortable in DMs, email, and calls.
- Familiarity with TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Instagram ecosystems.
- Data-driven mindset — you care about performance, not vanity metrics.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Network across gaming, lifestyle, tech, or AI creator verticals.
- Experience with affiliate or revenue-share programs.
- Knowledge of attribution tools, UTMs, and creator analytics platforms.
