We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our partner management initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional relationship-building skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to drive strategic growth through effective program management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with existing partners, serving as their primary point of contact within the organization.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each partner's business model, goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions for each partner.
  • Regularly communicate with partners to provide updates, share best practices, and gather feedback to enhance the partnership experience.
  • Identify and onboard new partners that align with our strategic objectives and target market segments.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and campaigns to drive partner recruitment and engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential partnership opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscapes.
Program Management
  • Design and implement partner programs, incentives, and promotions to drive partner engagement and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate and evolve the partner program to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
