We are looking for a Performance Marketer / Media Buyer/ Paid Ads Expert to manage all Kinetic Kube's internal ad campaigns as well as client accounts across multiple platforms. The right candidate will be passionate about performance marketing, creative strategy, and analytics—always aiming to make brands go viral and scale profitably.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Ad Campaign Management
  • Plan, create, launch, and optimize ads on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Manage campaigns across objectives: sales, lead generation, awareness, reach, and engagement.
  • Ensure correct tracking setup (Meta Pixel, GA4, GTM, CAPI, UTM).
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Deliver daily and weekly reports on ad spend, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversions, and lead quality.
  • Analyse campaigns to highlight what's working and what's not.
  • Provide recommendations for ad optimization (targeting, budget shifts, creatives).
  • Creative Strategy & Competitor Insights
  • Suggest ideas for high-performing ad creatives (static, video, reels, animations).
  • Benchmark against competitors and share insights on ad trends, funnels, and strategies.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure compelling visuals and copywriting.
  • Client & Internal Communication
  • Align campaign goals with client business objectives.
  • Prepare monthly performance decks summarizing campaign insights.
  • Proactively suggest new campaign angles, platforms, and growth opportunities.

Location For Ads: (Mainly Pakistan, Zimbabwe, Canada, USA, Australia clients)

Requirements

-2–4+ years of proven experience in digital advertising across Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

-Strong knowledge of ad funnels, targeting, bidding strategies, retargeting, and campaign scaling.

-Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

-Proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.

-Experience with creative testing (A/B), audience segmentation, and performance optimization.

-Excellent communication skills for preparing reports, client-facing updates, and leading client meetings.

-Ability to provide daily updates to the team.

-Creative mindset with an eye for trends and viral potential.

-Comfortable working in an onsite setting.

-Availability to start immediately.
