We are seeking a results-driven
Talent Acquisition Specialist
with experience in recruiting across
technical and non-technical roles
, including
Medical Billing, Construction Estimation, and International Sales
. The ideal candidate will manage full-cycle recruitment, ensuring top talent acquisition while aligning with business goals across multiple verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage
    end-to-end recruitment
    for both
    technical (engineering, IT, estimation, billing)
    and
    non-technical (sales, operations, support)
    roles.
  • Source and attract candidates for specialized roles such as
    medical billing experts, construction estimators, and international sales executives
    .
  • Build effective pipelines for both
    local and international hiring needs
    .
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies using
    LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, and headhunting techniques
    .
  • Conduct
    screening, assessments, and competency-based interviews
    .
  • Partner with hiring managers to define accurate job descriptions and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics including
    time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and candidate experience
    .
  • Ensure recruitment practices reflect the company's
    employer branding and professionalism
    .

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Proven experience in hiring for
    technical and non-technical roles
    , with exposure to
    medical billing, construction estimation, and international sales recruitment
    .
  • Strong English communication (verbal & written) with the ability to engage international candidates.
  • Skilled in candidate evaluation and behavioral interviewing techniques.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of
    global hiring practices
    and cross-border talent acquisition is a plus.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience
    in talent acquisition or , preferably in
    multinational recruitment
    .
  • Experience in
    international sales or healthcare/construction recruitment
    is highly desirable.
