Timings: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Monday – Friday)

Position Type: Full-Time | Onsite

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon Virtual Assistant to join our e-commerce operations team. In this role, you'll assist with day-to-day Amazon account management, product listings, order processing, and research tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product listings, titles, and descriptions on Amazon Seller Central.
  • Conduct product research and analyze competition using tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout.
  • Handle order processing, inventory updates, and pricing adjustments.
  • Monitor account health, feedback, and customer inquiries.
  • Prepare reports and maintain organized data records.
  • Assist with promotions, campaigns, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth store operations.

Requirements

  • Strong English communication and writing skills.
  • Good computer literacy and familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
  • Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central operations.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Fresh graduates with strong English and computer skills are encouraged to apply.
