Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Sales located in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The Head of Sales will be responsible for overseeing all sales operations, developing strategic sales plans, managing and mentoring the sales team, and ensuring company sales goals are met. This role involves account management, building strong client relationships, analyzing sales performance, and providing insights to drive growth and efficiency. Additionally, the Head of Sales will collaborate with other departments to support holistic business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Account Management
- Experience in Team Management and mentoring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive results
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in the tech industry is a plus
