The Head of Strategy & Marketing will be responsible for driving Tech Valley Pakistan's strategic direction, developing impactful marketing campaigns, creating high-quality presentations and sales pitch decks, and supporting the CEO in business development.

This role requires a forward-thinking, creative, and business-savvy professional with the ability to translate ideas into executable strategies and compelling visuals.

The ideal candidate must be willing to travel within Pakistan and internationally when required.

Key Responsibilities Strategy Development

Lead the creation and execution of strategic business plans to expand Tech Valley's market presence in Pakistan and internationally. - Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams aligned with organizational objectives-

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep strategies relevant and competitive. Marketing & Branding - Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns for projects, events, and partnerships (local and international).

  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, presentations, and communication channels.

  • Oversee digital marketing, PR, and outreach initiatives to strengthen Tech Valley's visibility. Business Development Support

  • Prepare world-class presentations, sales pitch decks, and proposals tailored to potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with the CEO and business teams to pitch to government bodies, corporates, and international partners.

  • Represent Tech Valley in local and global events, roadshows, and conferences. Team Collaboration & Leadership - Work closely with project teams to ensure strategic alignment across all initiatives.

  • Mentor and guide marketing staff, ensuring quality deliverables and professional growth.

Travel Requirements - Domestic and international travel to attend client meetings, events, and conferences as needed. Required Skills & Competencies -

Exceptional presentation design skills (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva).

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities. - Outstanding communication and storytelling skills in both written and verbal form.

  • Proficiency in developing professional proposals and RFP responses. - Experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing, and brand management.

  • High adaptability in working across different cultures and industries.

Qualifications

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Strategic Management, or related field.

  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in strategy, marketing, or business development roles.

  • Prior experience in EdTech, technology, or consultancy sectors will be a plus.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) KPI Target/Measure Strategic Plan Delivery Annual strategic plan prepared and approved by CEO/Board within first 90 days; reviewed quarterly.

Partnership Acquisition Secure at least 3-5 new high-value partnerships or projects annually.

Pitch Deck Quality Achieve ≥90% positive feedback from CEO/clients on presentations and pitch decks. Marketing Campaign ROI Minimum 25% increase in leads generated through marketing campaigns.

Brand Visibility Growth 30% increase in digital reach and media coverage within first year.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs200,000.00 per month
