Sales Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Female Sales Manager who has previously worked with U.S.-based clients in App Development and Digital Marketing domains. The candidate must possess excellent English communication skills, deep market understanding, and the ability to generate and close high-value leads independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and convert U.S.-based leads for digital and development services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication.
- Conduct online meetings, sales presentations, and client negotiations.
- Collaborate with project and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and conversions using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of proven experience in Sales or Business Development for U.S. markets (preferably in App Development, Web, or Digital Marketing).
- Fluent in English with outstanding spoken and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, mobile app, and web technologies.
- Confident in managing client calls, demos, and follow-ups with U.S. professionals.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and online proposal tools.
- Self-motivated, persuasive, and result-driven personality.
