Job Overview:

We are looking for
Customer Service Representatives (CSR)
and
Verifiers
for our
Medicare Enrollment
campaign. The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to Medicare enrollment.
  • Verify customer information and ensure data accuracy.
  • Provide excellent customer support and maintain professionalism.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly targets.
  • Maintain compliance with company and client policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    in a similar role (preferably in Medicare or BPO sector).
  • Strong English communication skills
    (verbal & written).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Positive attitude, punctuality, and team spirit.
