Job Overview:
We are looking for
Customer Service Representatives (CSR)
and
Verifiers
for our
Medicare Enrollment
campaign. The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to Medicare enrollment.
- Verify customer information and ensure data accuracy.
- Provide excellent customer support and maintain professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Maintain compliance with company and client policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum
2 years of experience
in a similar role (preferably in Medicare or BPO sector). - Strong English communication skills
(verbal & written). - Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and team spirit.
Location:
Melody, G-6, Islamabad
