Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute performance campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube.
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve strong ROI and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the brand and creative teams to develop impactful marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, ROAS benchmarks, and algorithm changes.
  • Manage campaign reporting, tracking, and optimization to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other performance marketing platforms.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with a performance-focused mindset.
  • Agency background is a plus.
