  • Assisting with the creation of sales presentations.
  • Facilitating Sales Processes:

  • Managing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Maintaining customer databases and records.
  • Coordinating with other departments to fulfill customer requests.
  • Ensuring Communication and Efficiency:
  • Maintaining clear communication between the sales team, clients, and other departments.
  • Tracking sales data and reporting on team performance.
  • Helping to improve sales team productivity.
  • Ensuring the team meets sales goals and quotas.
  • Training new sales representatives.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Building and maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Following up with clients after sales.
  • Addressing customer concerns and complaints.
