Position: Floor Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and highly presentable
Floor Manager
to be the face of our establishment. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our floor, providing exceptional hospitality, and maintaining a top-tier customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Hospitality:
    Greet and engage with all guests, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Team Leadership:
    Supervise and support the floor staff, ensuring they are well-trained and perform at a high standard.
  • Operational Management:
    Oversee day-to-day activities, including managing cafe service, monitoring sim racing stations, and maintaining a clean and organized space.
  • Problem-Solving:
    Proactively address any customer concerns or operational issues with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Brand Ambassador:
    Represent Mach Infinity Racing with a professional and friendly demeanor, promoting our unique blend of racing and hospitality.

What We're Looking For:
