Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will perform day-to-day tasks such as developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel matters.
A key responsibility will be the end-to-end management of the monthly payroll, processed both manually and through the designated HR portal, ensuring 100% accuracy and timeliness.
They will support organizational goals by fostering a positive workplace culture and assisting in employee relations, recruitment, and retention strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Human Resources (HR) operations and processes.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end payroll management, both manually and through HR portals, is a mandatory requirement.
  • Proficiency in HR Management and developing HR Policies.
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for handling employee relations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with HR-related software and practices is a plus, along with a certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
