·      Proven experience in relevant field 2-4 years.

·      Strong knowledge of Scrum/ Waterfall.

·      Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

·      Ability to work with distributed/remote teams.

·      Strong problem-solving and servant leadership mindset.
