The Factory Edit is a sustainable fashion brand redefining upcycled and repurposed clothing into modern, high-end design. We're looking for a driven individual to manage and grow our sales through the Fleek app platform.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an
E-Commerce Executiv
e who will be responsible for handling all aspects of our Fleek app operations, as well as updating and managing our official website. This includes product uploads, order management, customer engagement, performance tracking, and ensuring a seamless digital shopping experience across platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about digital commerce in the fashion/lifestyle space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, upload, and manage product listings (images, descriptions, pricing) on Fleek and the company website.
  • Handle daily order processing, fulfillment coordination, and tracking.
  • Manage customer queries and ensure timely, professional communication.
  • Track sales, performance, and trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure accuracy of stock, pricing, and product details across all platforms.
  • Coordinate with the creative and production teams to align launches and promotions.
  • Update and maintain the website (content, product catalog, banners, promotions).
  • Suggest improvements to enhance customer experience on both Fleek and the website.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in e-commerce or online marketplace management (Fleek experience preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of
    textiles, fabrics, and garment construction
    to ensure accurate product representation.
  • Familiarity with
    website management
    (Shopify).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Familiarity with fashion or lifestyle products is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for tracking orders and sales.
  • Performs well under pressure.
