Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an
E-Commerce & Product Sourcing Manager
in the Marketing Division. The role involves managing product sourcing, handling product branding and launching products online, and ensuring smooth coordination between suppliers, marketing, and operations. The executive will oversee the entire product lifecycle on e-commerce platforms to maximize visibility, engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and procure products from vendors while ensuring quality, pricing, and timely delivery.
  • Launch and maintain product listings on the company website and digital platforms.
  • Manage branding of products, including packaging, labeling, and presentation to maintain brand identity.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to produce engaging product content and visuals.
  • Monitor inventory, pricing, and product performance metrics.
  • Conduct market research to identify trending products and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, operations, and marketing teams for smooth product rollout.
  • Prepare reports on product launches, online sales, and performance analytics.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce, procurement, or digital merchandising.
  • Strong knowledge of online retail platforms and product listing management.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple product launches simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce tools is a plus.
