, and successfully closing property deals. This role requires exceptional

communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a strong command of the English language to ensure effective customer interactions and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Engage with customers in a professional and persuasive manner, building rapport and establishing trust.
- Demonstrate excellent fluency in English to ensure clear and effective communication.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Utilize strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and improve overall performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably within a BPO environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate clearly and concisely, using proper grammar and pronunciation.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
