Qualifications & ExperienceMBA Finance with at-least 5 years of post-qualification relevant experience or CA (Finalist) or its prevailing ICAP's equivalent or ACMA.Relevant experience means handling responsibilities of accounts management or financial management gained in large private sector companies having annual turnover over of > Rs. 5.0 Billion or public sector companies. Experience with financial systems like SAP, ERPs, and advanced Excel is prerequisite, along with a strong understanding of accounting standards (like IFRS/and AS) and financial analysis.Job Responsibilities (JD)Assisting the Manager CA and DM Accounts (C &R) in r/o following:Prepare Trial balance and co-ordinate monthly closing of books of accounts including preparation of Financial StatementsTimely closing of accounts on monthly basis and consolidation of field trial balances as per IFRS/IAS and company policiesManagement of GL in ERP and supervising accounting entries.Establish and maintain accounting policies.Maintain General and Subsidiary Ledgers.Prepare periodic reports as required by MoE (PD), PPMC and higher management.Maintain Subsidiary ledger of Creditors.To supervise reconciliation of free electricity with WAPDA / NTDC & other DISCOS.Any other assignment as per directives of DM Accounts (C &R).
