  • 10 am to 7pm
  • DHA, DD, Phase 4, Lahore
  • Salary Rs. 50,000/month
  • Must have own LAPTOP to start working, Company will not provide Laptop

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist at our Lahore location. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining phone etiquette. They will also handle customer service inquiries and contribute to creating a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years working with COURIER / Delivery partners
  • Specialize understanding of COURIER companies matrix, full skill set of customer handling
  • Customer -Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
  • Phone Etiquette and Customer Experience skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience in a similar customer service role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field years
  • Fluent in English and URDU language

Requirements:

  • 3 years experience of call center
  • O Levels/ A Levels or professional Bachelor Degree
  • Excellent English Written and Verbal Communication
  • American or neutral accent
  • Excellent proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a valid CNIC.
