
Customer Support Executive

Shift: Afternoon (Start between 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM, 9-hour shift)
About the Role
PlanLab Solutions is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our international clients, providing assistance through live chat, email, and phone support. We're seeking an individual who can deliver exceptional service, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through calls, emails, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, and processes.
- Resolve customer concerns by identifying issues, troubleshooting problems, and providing effective solutions.
- Maintain and update customer records accurately in CRM or ticketing tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, or Tidio.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth issue resolution and improved service quality.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, system updates, and company policies to assist customers efficiently.
- Collect feedback and report recurring issues to help improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities with a calm, customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in using MS Office, email, and online support tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in customer support, call centers, or helpdesk roles.
- Familiarity with ticketing or CRM platforms like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Gorgias.
