Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced LinkedIn Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to join our Islamabad team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in prospecting, engaging, and securing new clients through LinkedIn. You will be responsible for identifying potential leads, crafting personalized outreach campaigns, and pitching our services effectively to decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted lead generation through LinkedIn to identify potential clients in the UK and USA markets.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to connect with and engage decision-makers.
  • Craft personalized messages and proposals that clearly communicate Gstones Media's value proposition.
  • Manage and maintain lead databases, tracking communication history and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach with brand messaging and campaigns.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly outreach and conversion targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation, prospecting, or outreach (preferably in the digital marketing industry).
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to research industries, companies, and decision-makers effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Compensation Package:

Basic Salary: 30, ,000 PKR

Commission: 5-10% Uncapped commission on each sale. You can make upto 200,000 Per Month

Shift Timing: 1PM - 9PM or 2PM-10PM

Location: Blue Area Islamabad nearby 7th Avenue Metro Station

Male/Female both are encouraged to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30, Rs40,000.00 per month
