Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Development Executive to lead client acquisition, partnership management, and revenue growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills, with a proven track record in building and maintaining long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships on Upwork, linkedin, emails with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales and business targets.
  • Prepare and deliver professional business proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project execution.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals.
  • Track and report key business metrics, performance, and pipeline status to management.
  • Mentor and support junior BD team members to enhance performance and skill development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed targets and manage key client accounts.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100, Rs150,000.00 per month
