Job Description

We are seeking an AI Integration Specialist who combines strong technical Full Stack developer expertise with outstanding communication skills, bridges business needs and quick AI-driven development—ensuring requirements are clearly understood, AI-generated solutions are optimized, and end-to-end integrations are delivered at scale.

Employment Type: Full-time (On-Site - DHA Lahore)

Timings : 05:00pm - 02:00am

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Communication & Requirement Gathering

Independently engage with customers to capture, clarify, and validate requirements.

Translate business needs into clear, structured specifications for AI platforms.

Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team.

  • AI Integration & Development Support

Leverage AI tools to generate and refine code aligned with requirements.

Review, validate, customize, and integrate AI-generated front-end and back-end code components into a working solution.

  • Technical Oversight

Apply development expertise to ensure feasibility, quality, and seamless end-to-end integration.

Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical Background
    :

Solid knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies (non-negotiable).

Hands-on development experience (preferably web platforms).

Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, Cursor, V0, Devin, Loveable, or similar platforms for accelerating software delivery.

  • Excellent Communication (non-negotiable)
    :

Clear, confident verbal and written skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Business Analysis
    :

Strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and simplifying technical concepts.

  • AI & Automation Awareness
    :

Understanding of prompt engineering and AI-driven development.

Experience with AI-powered low-code/no-code platforms and integration workflows.

  • Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
