About the Role

We are looking for a driven, detail‑oriented HR Recruitment Assistant to join our HR team. You'll handle the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing candidates to ensuring a seamless onboarding process. While experience with technical roles is a plus, we welcome individuals who are eager to learn and grow their recruitment skills.

Responsibilities

  • Source and reach out to potential candidates for both technical and specialized roles via job portals, social media, networking, etc.
  • Review and shortlist applicants based on job requirements and qualifications.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess experience, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with department leads to clearly understand position requirements and staffing needs.
  • Arrange and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain timely and clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Help prepare and extend job offers, and collect necessary documentation.
  • Keep accurate records of recruitment activity using our software tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience (technical or non‑technical).
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, best practices, and sourcing methods.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
  • Ability to understand technical job descriptions and assess relevant skills.
