Role Description

As a Manager Pre Sales & Post Sales at INTECH PAKISTAN, you will oversee and manage both pre-sales and post-sales activities to support clients in achieving their business objectives. Key responsibilities include developing technical presentations, responding to customer inquiries, leading sales meetings, and coordinating post-sale implementation and client support. You will ensure the delivery of technical solutions tailored to customer needs while maintaining excellent client relationships and fostering customer satisfaction. This is a contract and on-site role based in Islāmābād, Pakistan.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning capabilities to analyze client requirements and design appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and support clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Sales Operations, including pre-sales activities, solution presentations, and post-sale implementation planning.
  • Experience working in ICT-related fields and knowledge of networking, IT infrastructure, or related technologies is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects efficiently.
