Business Development Executive
who can pitch clients, close deals, and bring exciting projects to our team.

Role Overview:

As a
Business Developer
, you'll be responsible for finding new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and representing Dewon Studio in both remote and on-site meetings. You'll work closely with our design and marketing teams to help turn prospects into successful collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients for graphic design, web development, and marketing projects.
  • Pitch agency services through LinkedIn, email outreach, Upwork, and in-person meetings.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners.
  • Create proposals, pricing plans, and presentations tailored to each lead.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience in business development or sales (preferably in a creative/digital agency).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, design, and web solutions.
  • Comfortable working both remotely and in-office when required.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, lead generation tools, or Upwork bidding is a plus.
  • Self-driven, confident, and result-oriented personality.
