Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan HR Navigator Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

You'll run end-to-end recruitment for international roles (mainly US/UK/GCC). From intake to offer, you'll source, screen, and present strong shortlists, schedule interviews, and keep clean pipeline reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take role/intake briefs; define search plan and timelines.
  • Source globally via LinkedIn (Recruiter/Sales Navigator), job boards, talent pools, referrals, and outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, SalesQL).
  • Pre-screen candidates (fit, compensation, notice/visa status, availability).
  • Write clear candidate summaries and submit shortlists to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, and offer/closing.
  • Maintain ATS/CRM hygiene; share weekly pipeline & KPI reports.
  • Market-map new roles; build and nurture talent pools.
  • Ensure data privacy/compliance (GDPR-friendly handling).

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years agency or in-house recruiting with international hiring exposure.
  • Proven success filling roles across at least two regions (US/UK/EU/GCC).
  • Strong sourcing: Boolean/X-ray, LinkedIn tools; outreach sequencing.
  • Excellent written & spoken English
  • Comfortable with ATS/CRM, spreadsheets, and reporting.
  • Reliable laptop + 15 Mb stable internet and mobile hotspot backup.

Plus to have:

  • Experience in tech, healthcare, or corporate support functions.
  • Knowledge of contracting, rate cards, and basic visa/work-permit.
  • Experience running high-volume pipelines and structured interview screens.

KPIs:

  • Per active role (weekly) 4–6 qualified submissions, 1–2 interviews scheduled.
  • Time-to-first-submit within 48–72 hours of intake.
  • Submission → interview pass rate: ≥60–70%.
  • Offer acceptances 1–3 per month (mix of roles), as pipeline matures.
  • Reporting weekly status update on roles, risks, and next steps.
