Position: E-Commerce Business Strategist

Alpha Organic Pvt. Ltd. is a leading export-oriented company based in Pakistan, established in 1994. We specialize products including Himalayan Pink Salt, Desi Ghee, Honey, Shilajit, Rice, Spices, and more in B2B & B2C Business Model. With strong operations across Shopify, Amazon, Noon, Esty, eBay, and international wholesale channels, we are rapidly expanding into global markets (UK, Middle East, US, and beyond). To support our growth, we are seeking a dynamic
E-Commerce Business Strategist
to lead and scale our online business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the
    e-commerce business strategy
    aligned with company goals.
  • Identify new
    market opportunities
    (local & international) and recommend expansion plans.
  • Manage and optimize online sales channels (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Esty, Noor etc.).
  • Lead
    digital marketing strategies
    SEO, PPC, email, influencer campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer insights to guide decision-making.
  • Coordinate with
    product, operations, finance, and logistics teams
    for seamless execution.
  • Set and track
    KPIs
    such as conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (CLV), and ROI on marketing spend.
  • Prepare
    monthly/quarterly reports
    for senior management on growth and performance. Hence,
    operations to support decision-making.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use data-driven insights to improve efficiency and maximize revenue.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators to track the success of online sales, ensuring continuous growth.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5-8
    years of experience in Ecommerce, with at least
    2 years
    in a managerial role. and executing strategies that elevate online sales
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify and seller Central Amazon, eBay, Noon, Esty etc in Private label business model.
  • Experience in product launches, promotions, and online marketing campaigns
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies for product launches, promotions, and online campaigns.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of website performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement actionable changes to enhance sales and customer experience.
  • Hands-on collaboration with developers, designers, and content creators for SEO and UX optimization
