Requirements:

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in Traditional and Digital Marketing
  • MBA in Marketing from a reputable educational institute
  • Work experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within the software industry
  • Proven experience in running successful marketing campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google AdWords
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
  • Experience or knowledge in the US IT industry and IT healthcare domain will be preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Build strategies for the company and its sister company to strengthen their market leadership position
  • Develop key initiatives to deliver on strategy and drive change in recruitment processes using a segmented approach for potential clients
  • Analyze consumer behavior, identify market opportunities, and design effective branding strategies
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts and actively participate in company planning
  • Drive brand awareness, enhance profitability, and achieve marketing objectives
  • Develop a framework to enable marketers to build effective channel selection strategies
  • Develop, execute, and support campaigns that use creative marketing and PR to improve the company's global profile
  • Support and manage brand, communications, and digital strategies
  • Manage resources (financial and others) to ensure the highest ROI
  • Monitor, analyze, and anticipate competitor behavior and market positioning
  • Lead and align multi-stakeholder relationships; manage webinars and corporate events
