We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate to support the HR function at Provox Global Solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in Human Resources by working closely with senior HR leadership and gaining hands-on experience in core HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Support employee onboarding by preparing documentation, conducting orientation, and maintaining employee records.
- Help in attendance and leave management, payroll data collection, and basic HR reporting.
- Maintain and update the HR database, personnel files, and related documentation.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Provide administrative support in HR operations and policy implementation.
- Ensure proper handling of confidential information and adherence to HR policies.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees' day-to-day queries and escalate to the Senior HR Generalist when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or internships in HR functions preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and develop in the HR field.
