We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate to support the HR function at Provox Global Solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Support employee onboarding by preparing documentation, conducting orientation, and maintaining employee records.
  • Help in attendance and leave management, payroll data collection, and basic HR reporting.
  • Maintain and update the HR database, personnel files, and related documentation.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Provide administrative support in HR operations and policy implementation.
  • Ensure proper handling of confidential information and adherence to HR policies.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees' day-to-day queries and escalate to the Senior HR Generalist when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or internships in HR functions preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and develop in the HR field.
