We are seeking a motivated and dependable Operations & Accounts Assistant to join our team at our head office at New Chaali, Karachi. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work closely with both the Accounts Manager and Operations Manager, gaining hands-on experience across multiple functions of the business.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks—from visiting banks and collecting payments to maintaining records and supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage routine banking activities, including deposits and withdrawals
  • Collect cheques and market payments from clients/parties
  • Assist Accounts and Operations Managers with day-to-day tasks
  • Prepare and maintain records using Microsoft Office tools
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Support other administrative and operational activities as required

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum Intermediate pass (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Good English reading and writing skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
